Hi, Everybody! It’s Gator Allie with another health food tip. Did you know that those who ate at least two servings of fish per week cut their risk of death by 27 percent and their risk of dying from heart disease by 35 percent.

Well, folks, there was another long study, I mean a LONG, study of 16 years involving people 65 and older who met or exceeded the two-servings of fish per week, without supplementing their diets with fish-oil tablets. This study found that people with high levels of omega-3 lived two years longer than those with the lowest levels.
