Well, folks, there was another long study, I mean a LONG, study of 16 years involving people 65 and older who met or exceeded the two-servings of fish per week, without supplementing their diets with fish-oil tablets. This study found that people with high levels of omega-3 lived two years longer than those with the lowest levels.
