Garth Brooks says farewell to George Jones

Rumors have been swirling that Garth Brooks is getting ready to kick off a tour after his youngest daughter graduates in May of 2014. That has never been officially confirmed, but if you have been waiting to see Brooks live on stage you can now. The list continues to grow with more big names added to George Jones final concert that is happening at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on November 22nd. Garth Brooks has been officially added to the lineup with The Oak Ridge Boys, Kid Rock, Sam Moore and Shelby Lynne also included in the newest round of artists that will be taking part in the farewell performance for Jones.

Kenny Rogers, Randy Travis, Dierks Bentley, Charlie Daniels, Jamey Johnson, Tanya Tucker and Lorrie Morgan were already included on the list of performers taking part in the special tribute concert that will wrap up 2013’s farewell tour titled “The Grand Tour". Jones said “It’s shaping up to be more than I expected or could have ever imagined” and added “Being joined by so many incredible singers while doing what I love will be truly heartwarming.” Tickets are on sale now for the finale to George Jones incredible career.
