2 c. Colavita extra virgin olive oil
Set 2
½ c. finely chopped garlic
Set 3
4 t. dried thyme leaves
3 t. Herbs de Provence
2 t. dried oregano
2 t. dried Mediterranean basil
¾-1 t. salt to taste
½ - ½ t. ground black pepper to taste
Tools: wide rimmed jar
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour olive oil into jar.
2. Add garlic as well as all of the dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir well.
4. Allow seasonings to infuse the oil for one week at room temperature before using.
5. Oil will keep closed in the jar without refrigeration.
