This poor dog’s picture says it all. He knows he is going to die.
Local animal lovers have created a Facebook page for him, but his chances are slim:
He is a beautiful white and tan pittie and because he is frightened, the shelter is only releasing him to a rescue group.
Please visit his Facebook page and consider a small donation. If enough is raised he can be pulled and sent to a great pit bull rehab board to rescue such as the program at Spindletop Refuge.
This dog is in a very high kill shelter. He is frightened due to his environment with loud clanging and the terrified cries of the animals around him. In the hands of a knowledgeable rescue like Spindletop, this boy will thrive and come out of his shell like so many others who’ve been placed in qualified homes.
Time is of the essence for this precious dog. Please visit his Facebook page and share his story. Please give him a name, not just a number.
