Looking for gardening help in Northwest Las Vegas?
The Tomato Lady, Leslie Doyle is having a winter garden fair at her Sweet Tomato Test Garden this month, January 26, 2013 from 11 am to 2 pm.
Many Vegas garden experts will be there to share skills and tips for gardening in Las Vegas.
Attending will be Linn Mills, Sal Ramirez, Darin Brasch, Janet Knight and Shanya Green just to name a few.
The winter garden fair will have displays set up and plants for sale. Visit the different displays to talk to garden enthusiasts and ask questions about gardening in Las Vegas conditions.
There will even be opportunities to ask about having chickens in your backyard.
The garden experts will be speaking and answering questions on many garden related subjects from soil improvement and planting seeds to cooking and preserving foods.
A donation of $3.00 is requested to assist with event costs.
The Sweet Tomato Test Garden is located in the Northwest Vegas Valley at 5910 Sheila Ave. near Jones and Smoke Ranch Rd.
