South Korean rapper Psy of "Gagnam Style" fame is readying himself for the reslease of his new single and accompanying looks.
The first video, where he donned tortoise shell sunglasses and two-toned Oxfords, generated much hype, and retailers soon found themselves clamoring to access, and carry, similar looks in their outlets.
Psy's stylist, Hong Hye-won, has provided clues as to what the artist will be wearing, sharing with Reuters that "I made a point with a bow tie back in the Gangnam look. There is something like that for the new song." While not divulging too much of what the artist will don, Hye-won stated that the "basic concept for his upcoming song is again a formal suit but with a humorous twist."
Psy, who studied briefly in Boston, first at Boston University, and then, after dropping out, Berklee College Music, where he also dropped out, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and record producer. He is known domestically for his humorous videos and stage performances, and internationally for his hit single "Gangnam Style."
