Episode 2 of GameCrib aired on GameSpot Wed. Feb. 27, chronicling TSM Snapdragon throughout weeks 1 and 2 of LCS season 3. This episode introduced Dan Dinh to the San Jose gaming house and showed tempers flare in the sometimes tumultuous dynamic of the game house. The show catches up with reality by taking two weeks at a time and gives viewers longer 20 minute episodes.
In this episode of GameCrib the house seems to be coming together. Mostly with the help of Dan Dinh, Reginald’s brother, who’s moved into the house and taken on the role of caretaker. It was revealed that although the Dinh brothers have had arguments in the past they are the best of friends.
The climax of the show occurred when Reginald and Chaox got into a huge argument. It turns out pro players get into disputes over ill-advised Baron fights. The raging got heated with Reginald threatening to kick his teammate from the team however; top laner Dyrus diffused the situation with a classic tactic, ‘Let’s eat!’
After TSM’s tough turn during the World Championships other NA teams apparently disregarded the popular team as worthy opponents. In the first 2 weeks they didn’t exactly redeem themselves either. For TSM, CLG has become a bit of an arch nemesis, especially after losing to the team right off the bat.
For TSM week 1 of the LCS was a stressful one, primarily due to their own disorganization. Missing their plane and arriving late to Riot HQ may have contributed to their poor performance in game one which they made up for with two following wins against Vulcan and Dignitas. Yet there isn’t really any exuse for their losses in week two.
Despite their rocky start the team has managed to pull themselves up in the rankings going into the present day week 4. They seem to be as good at making up with each other as they are at arguing and the show ends on an optimistic note.
The team managed to work in yet another plug for their sponsor, prying open Reginalds broken cell phone for a peek at the Snapdragon processor inside. If one peek behind the scenes a week isn't enough for fans the team is getting even more big brother-esque with live cams in their gaming house. You can catch some raw TSM drama from 3-11 PST via the in house live cams from the GameSpot website.
