Free courses in web design cover such specific topics as “Responsive Web Design,” “Web Marketing,” “Dreamweaver,” and other coding and applications-writing classes. If you find yourself getting serious about this career field, SDCE offers an Interactive Media Certificate Program, based on 875 classroom hours, in which students attend courses 25 each week for 36 weeks. The training is hands on, covering digital print, video, sound, animation, graphics and other imagery.
The certificate program is relevant to jobs in marketing, technology-based education, web site design, and gaming. SDCE touts the certificate as providing skills that qualify job seekers for programmer, support specialist, and computer specialist employment earning as much as $38.75 per hour.
