HBO has released 15 new stills from the upcoming fourth season of the fantasy drama Game of Thrones.

The images released Thursday, January 30, come ahead of the release of the official trailer for season four, which made its debut Janurary 12, before the premiere of HBO’s new crime drama True Detective.

The images includes a first look to several new characters, including Prince Oberyn Martell (Pedro Pascal), also known as the "Red Viper", his lover Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma), and Michiel Huisman as Daario Naharis.

Familiar faces include that of a devilish King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson), Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) in action, Sansa (Sophie Turner) and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) having a moment, Jon Snow (Kit Harington) back in black, and more.

This upcoming season will pick up right where season three left off, and will primarily finish George R.R. Martin’s adaptation of A Storm of Swords.

Game of Thrones returns April 6 on HBO.
