“We are proud to welcome back the Budweiser Clydesdales, a well-known symbol of the annual Mardi Gras festivities here in Galveston,” said Larry Del Papa, president of Del Papa Distributing Company. “The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales continue to play a significant role in making the annual celebration a great success.”

Budweiser’s Clydesdale horses make about 300 appearances each year, traveling the United States and leaving a lasting impression with their stature and graceful presence. The public is invited and encouraged to take pictures of the Clydesdales at all of the scheduled appearances as they enjoy the 2012 Galveston Mardi Gras festivities.
