The title is Batman vs. Superman, but Gal Gadot is getting all the attention, as Variety reported that the actress has sign on for two more pictures with Warner Bros. to play Wonder Woman.

The deal not only includes a standalone film with Gadot as the Amazonian warrior princess, but also the planned big-screen formation of the Justice League, a team of Earth's greatest champions against the forces of evil with Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman as the DC trinity of superheroes.

Up until then, Gadot has been known to moviegoers around the world for her role in The Fast & the Furious franchise.

Batman vs. Superman was originally scheduled for release on July 17, 2015 (Marvel's Ant-Man will face off against Joe Wright's Peter Pan on that day instead), but Warner Bros. decided to move the date up to May 6, 2016.

The sequel to last summer's Man of Steel, Batman vs. Superman features Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck as the yin and yang of superheroes, with Gadot as Wonder Woman.
