Do you remember the melodious sounds of songstress Gail Holmes? Well, Gail has got a new single entitled: “Love Remains” and you can listen to it, download it and be blessed by it for the New Year.
Gail has been heard on radio stations across the US and overseas with her first CD entitled, “I Receive Your Love” and has become known with her nominated single, “Whatever It Is – Let It Go”. Gail Holmes was nominated at the 27th Annual Stellar Awards for “Gospel’s Best New Artist of the Year”. Her song “Let It Go” reached phenomenal levels on the Gospel Billboard Charts and on Habakkuk Music's Biggest Billboard Gospel Hits.
“I Receive Your Love” marked Holmes as the emerging breakthrough artist of the year. This singer/songwriter’s contemporary approach to worship is a breath of fresh air. Her vibrant vocals and hopeful lyrics offer pure sincerity, power and an exuberance that is interwoven to bring together sounds of Gospel, CCM, Praise & Worship and Soul reminiscent of CeCe Winans, Mandisa and Yolanda Adams.
Gail recently completed her promotional tour which included: Nashville, Norfolk, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Atlanta, New York, & Houston. She's had numerous radio, magazine and TV interviews as well as live performances on BET, Sirius XM, Coco Brother Show, ministries, and other venues along the way. Gail has graced the stage with Forever Jones, Jessica Reedy, Jonathan Nelson, Lisa Page Brooks, VaShawn Mitchell & Y'Anna Crawley, just to name a few. Gail was surprisingly honored with a proclamation for her accomplishments by Mayor Mel Pennington of her native hometown of Hartsville, SC; making October 2nd “Gail Holmes Day”.
