Gabriel Iglesias returns to BLT Burger for a special meet and greet Jan. 18

If ever there was a reason to give up on your resolution to eat better in the new year, this would be it!

On Fri., Jan. 18, from 1-3 p.m., comedian Gabriel Iglesias will be at BLT Burger inside The Mirage to celebrate the return of his “six levels of fatness” specialty menu and do a meet and greet with fans. The first 50 guests in line will receive a complimentary Fluffy Cake Shake from the funnyman himself! The complete menu, which will be offered from Jan. 18-20 to coincide with Iglesias’ Las Vegas performance dates, consists of the following levels of fatness:

Level 1: “Big” ($6)—Often referred to as “pickle pillows,” guests will start the fatness off right with BLT Burger’s special Fried Dill Pickles served with a ranch-chili paprika dipping sauce.

Level 2: “Healthy” BLT Burger ($9)—Sure to melt in your mouth, this sandwich features jalapeño Jack cheese, bacon, a fried egg and tobacco onions—it’s the healthiest of all things fluffy!

Level 3: “Husky” Burger ($13)—Heavenly goodness, the “Husky” Burger features a single patty topped with jalapeño Jack cheese, mayonnaise, a fried egg, tobacco onions and BLT Sauce.

Level 4: “Fluffy” Burger ($19)—Kicking it up a notch, the “Fluffy Burger” is fit for a fluffy king. Two mouth-watering patties are topped with jalapeño Jack cheese, mayonnaise, a fried egg, tobacco onions and BLT Sauce.

Level 5: “Daaaaamn” Burger ($24)—Handcrafted by Iglesias himself and sure to make one’s heart palpitate in more ways than one, the “Daaaaamn” Burger is a melt-in-your-mouth, triple-patty burger topped with jalapeño Jack cheese, mayonnaise, a fried egg, tobacco onions and BLT Sauce.

Level 6: “Oh Hell No!” Burger ($34)—The crème de la crème of all things fluffy features the “Daaaaamn” Burger alongside BLT Burger’s Fat Fries and Iglesias’ Fluffy Cake Shake. The Fluffy Cake Shake is no joke, as it’s made with Godiva chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, chocolate Häagen-Dazs and chocolate cake with fudge icing and comes topped with fresh chocolate whip cream (non-alcoholic version also available).

BLT Burger is acclaimed chef Laurent Tourondel’s interpretation of the classic American burger joint. The casual eatery features beef, American Wagyu, lamb and turkey burgers served on a soft bun with tomato, red onion, iceberg lettuce and pickles. Additional toppings are available as well for $1.50 each, including fried egg, BBQ onion and homemade chili (cheese is $1). Guests can wash everything down with a spiked milkshake, an enticing cocktail or a selection off the restaurant’s wine list. Prefer beer with your burger?
