This year's Summer Jam in New York came with a new surprise. The famous NYC rap group G-Unit has reunited. G-Unit now includes rappers 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Buck and Kidd Kidd. The reunion has excluded The Game because of a prior feud that resulted in gun violence.

50 Cent has a lot on his plate with his release of "Animal Ambition" happening today and reuniting his rap group. The reunion kicked off with 50 walking on stage after being introduced and hugged by fellow Queens rapper Nas. 50 then brought around 30 to 40 people to kick off and play his classic songs 'I Get Money' and 'I Run New York.'

50 has been banned from Summer Jam since 2004 after he threw chairs into the audience but luckily for the audience there was no incidents this year. During the set, 50 also brought our Brooklyn rapper Fabolous for a remix of his summer hit 'Cuffin' Season.' New York ruled Summer Jam.

To solidify the reunion to G-Unit fans, the group released a new single titled 'Nah I'm Talking 'Bout.' The track is a G-Unit rendition of a Hit-Boy and HS87 track. This is the first song released by the G-Unit crew in six years. The song is a classic G-Unit track which makes old fans excited about what is next to come.

There is no news on any new material coming out by the new crew of G-Unit but fans are patiently waiting. All new G-Unit projects will be released under the G-Unit label which is now under Caroline and Capital Records instead of Interscope. 50 Cent is proving that he has not fallen of the map and that there is still a lot more to come.
