Electronics innovator G-Project is a company always looking to give fans of high tech audio devices something new and exciting are at it again.
Their devices have won honors, and recently the G-BOOM, a $100 Bluetooth boombox, was selected as “Speaker of the Year” by iLounge.
That didn't come as any surprise to me as G-Project devices have been some of my favorites since I was introduced to them.
The G-Boom streams audio via Bluetooth and offers a 2.2 speaker configuration with dual ports and MAXX AUDIO for your listening pleasure. It brings big sound with full bass that fills whatever room you are in. It's portable and durable and includes a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery that gives up to six hours listening.
“We are honored G-BOOM was chosen by iLounge for the Best of the Year Awards,” says Matthew Paprocki, founder and creative director of G-Project. “In the post-iPod era, the device landscape is much more diverse and we wanted to design a powerful boombox that would work with all devices. With G-BOOM we are bringing back the boombox and adding the convenience of wireless.”
The California-based G-Project has more products than the G-BOOM. They offer the G-Grip, a durable crush-proof drop-tested Bluetooth speaker that also sounds and performs on a high level. Two smaller speakers in the G-Zip, which is a wired travel speaker and the G-Pop which is a Bluetooth speaker you can take with you on the road.
The G-Boom is currently available at various retail locations, at Amazon and on G-Project’s website for $100.
