Furkids is making it easier to celebrate feline freedom during the month that we celebrate our Nation’s freedom. Throughout the month of July you can help cats achieve their dreams and add a little furry love to your life with Furkids’ two-for-one adoption special on all cats and kittens.

Adoption fees during July will be $85 for two adult cats, $45 for two senior (8+ years old) cats and $125 for two kittens. You will not find a better deal anywhere in town for a lifetime of love and companionship. And cats and kittens are just like potato chips – you can’t have just one.

All Furkids cats and kittens have the following vetting included in their adoption fee: sterilization, combo test for cats, FVRCP vaccinations, rabies vaccination, leukemia vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, ear mite treatment (if needed) and microchip. Furkids also provides complimentary nail trimmings for adopted cats and serves as a resource for the pet parents for the life of the cat.

Furkids is Georgia’s largest no-kill animal shelter and adopts out over 1,000 animals each year. The Furkids Adoption Team members are match makers who are skilled in helping adopters find the best kitties for their home. With over 500 cats of different personalities, backgrounds, ages, breeds, colors, and temperaments, there is a pair of cats at Furkids that will suit every adopter.

The cats pictured above are brothers Lawrence and Curly – one and a half year old orange tabby cats who are looking for a forever home. Here is more about the brothers from the Furkids’ website:

Lawrence and his brother were rescued by Furkids and they are excited to have this chance to find a forever home. Lawrence is an outstanding orange tabby guy with short yet fluffy fur. He is a calm boy who enjoys lounging around and stretching out his long body. Lawrence will enjoy a home where he can find all the best places to nap and maybe watch nature from the safety of his window perch. Lawrence and his brother Curly are a bonded pair and get along well together. They will be great companions to their human family in their new home. Consider adopting Lawrence and Curly today!

In 2013, Furkids saved 1,597 dogs and cats and found forever homes for 1,351 dogs and cats. As of May 31 of this year, Furkids has saved 1,046 animals and adopted out 725 animals. Click here to read more about Furkids’ mission and history.
