Lurking under that mask is a stone-cold mob boss. And a wild rumpus.
OK, let's just get this out of the way up front: the following video contains some very Tony Soprano-like language. Fans of HBO's greatest series of all time know that's a "Not Safe For Work" warning when they hear it. As for the rest of you, prepare to be dazzled and oddly disturbed by the funny video below....
What's that? You need another warning? OK: the following video contains footage from "Where The Wild Things Are" intercut with audio from "The Sopranos". Ever seen "The Sopranos"? It's like Tony was paying by the F-bomb.
Speaking of Tony, as many of you know, James Gandolfini also played "Carol" in this summer's Spike Jonze-directed adaptation of Maurice Sendak's best-known book. So, when you get right down to it, this mashup makes all the sense in the world. Dig it:
Did anyone else actually see "Where The Wild Things Are"? Every film critic I trust said it rocked, but it just wasn't enough to motivate me to get to the theater. Oh, well: that's what Bluray's for, right? As for the video below, the link was sent in by Comedy Examiner reader "Cheryl", who wanted the Comedy Examiner to mention that it's her birthday today. Truth is, Cheryl, this clip sucked, but it woulda felt wrong to deny you on your birthday. Enjoy it.
