If you've been following the situation (not the "Jersey Shore" Situation, whom you should definitely not be following) over at NBC, then you're probably already aware that "Team Coco" support rallies have been taking place all over the country for the past week or so. Conan fans simply aren't going down without a fight. And, according to the video below, neither is Conan. Read on for the savage footage, my gentle Examiner readers...
What we have here is footage of "Conan O'Brien" and "Jay Leno" getting into a violent squabble outside NBC's studios during a recent Team Coco rally. Frankly, we suspect that the two men fighting in the video below may not, in fact, be Leno and Conan, but that doesn't mean the footage is any less satisfying to watch. Check it out:
You know, when all this started, this writer expected there to be some support from Conan's fans, but the lengths they've gone to in the name of attacking NBC and Leno are just...well, awesome. Conan's gotta be feeling pretty low these days, and I imagine that seeing things like this just brightens Conan's day. During a recent rally near his "Tonight Show" studios, Conan climbed up onto the roof, waved to the fans, hung a "Team Coco" banner from the roof, sent everyone in the crowd pizza, and sent "Tonight Show Band" member-- and Conan-fan favorite-- LaBamba out to greet the crowd in a Pope-mobile. Clearly, Conan's having fun with this. As much fun as can be expected, anyway.
