Before we go on, it's important to note that the video below is incredibly not-safe-for-work. It's also not-safe-for-the-family-of-Ray-Bradbury, the iconic science fiction author who's the subject of the sketch below. The Upright Citizens Brigade theater has long been recognized as one of the finest comedy institutions in the country, and their latest video-- "F--- Me, Ray Bradbury"-- perfectly illustrates why. See it for yourselves below, my gentle Examiner readers...
It's not often that we get to run a video featuring A) a hot, nerdy girl (that's not also Tina Fey), B) Ray Bradbury, and C) the involvement of the UCB theater, but today is such a day. Below, the UCB team has put together what can only be described as the finest tribute to one of our greatest science fiction authors ever produced. In case you're not caught up on your fiction-knowledge (troglodyte), Ray Bradbury is the iconic author of such novels as Fahrenheit 451 and The Martian Chronicles, two books that have been "this close" to being turned into big-budget films more times than we can count (and, yeah, I know that there's been adaptations, but none by anyone we'd write home about).
Check it out, science fiction nerds and comedy fiends-- just don't say we didn't warn you about the NSFW-ishness of the clip below:
