Funko, the company famous for all of the Pop Dolls that you see in every comic and book store has announced that they will be releasing a new line based upon the awesome vampire show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer".

Even the show's star, Sarah Michelle Geller tweeted her excitement over the new toys and even included a pciture of hers, Angels, Spikes and The Master. She said "Looks like FP is not the only doll @OriginalFunko #Buffy dolls!! #BTVS I soooo want them ALL!!"

The first batch will be released in the summer and include Buffy, Spike, and Angel with a second set coming out later that includes the Master, Cordelia, Zander, Giles, and Willow.

Sarah Michelle Geller even spoke about a funddrive for a "Buffy" movie, se video above. But, the seriousness of a movie after the remake was axed is very unlikely.

Funko makes awesome toys for DC and Marvel comics, "The Walking Dead", Assassins Creed, "The Big Bang Theory", and many more. They all cost under $10 and are great for collecting.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" was a cult classic that ran from 1997-2003 with Sarah Michelle Gellar, Nicholas Brendon, Alyson Hannigan, Charisma Carpenter, Anthony Stewart Head, David Boreanaz, Seth Green, and
James Marsters.

So, are you into collecting Funko toys? I know I am!
