Port Saint Lucie, FL - On February 10, 2013, 21 year old Tremaine Wallace and Markov Julceus died as the result of a car accident on the I-95. A car wash benefit was held in their memory on February 15, 2013 at Advanced Auto in Port Saint Lucie. It was chilly and drizzling, but weather did not keep the volunteers or supporters away.
Cars were lined up with drivers waiting to be serviced and others just came to drop off donations and see all that was going on. The event was expected to end at 12PM, but with such a large turnout, the event continued even after 1PM.
On the Facebook page created for Tremaine and Markov, it was announced that a total of $2,010 was raised. But, the fundraising continues on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 6PM at St Lucie West Centennial High School where a Basketball Game Benefit will be held.
