Fundraisers scheduled for two Tampa Bay liberty-leaning candidates this weekend (Photos)

Lucas Overby, Vice Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Pinellas County (LPPC) announced on Monday, Feb. 18, he and the LPPC will host a fundraiser for Tommy Frain, who is running for Seat Four on the Tarpon Springs City Commission this Saturday night.

This event will take place in addition to the function previously scheduled for Michael Malterer’s campaign for New Port Richey City Council on Friday night.

Michael Malterer’s campaign hosting Friday night meet and greet

The Michael Malterer for New Port Richey Campaign and the Liberty Empowerment Institute have scheduled a campaign meet and greet for Michael Malterer this coming Friday night, Feb. 22, at Estella’s Mexican Restaurant in New Port Richey. Estella’s of New Port Richey can be found at 5706 Main Street, New Port Richey, Fla. 34652.

Malterer’s meet and greet will last from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission for individuals is only $15, while couples will be admitted for $25. This price includes food and soft drinks. LPPC hosting Tommy Frain’s Saturday evening event

As previously mentioned, the Libertarian Party of Pinellas County (LPPC) announced on Monday afternoon it will host a fundraiser for Tommy Frain this coming Saturday night, Feb. 23, at the Riverside Grille House Veranda in Tarpon Springs. This establishment is located at 10 West Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs, Fla., 34689.

Frain’s fundraiser will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free, but donations will be greatly appreciated. The Virginia Rose Band, Yoshi Gish, TranKQuiLL, and Hero Chinchillaz will provide musical entertainment at the event.

The LPPC will apply all funds raised at the Tommy Frain’s fundraiser toward the Tommy Frain for Tarpon Springs City Commission, Seat Four Campaign. For additional details, and to RSVP for the event, please click here.
