Fundraiser for XBLIG Hartacon Tactics begins (Photos)

An Indiegogo campaign for an upcoming Xbox LIVE Indie Game called Hartacon Tactics began today. Created by Daniele Messina (aka Charlie Fleed), the game looks like a traditional tactics role-playing game but needs your help to reach completion. The goal is a modest $2,000 so if you are an RPG lover, you should think about contributing a couple of dollars so that this game can be released. Check out a trailer for the game below or a couple of screenshots in the slide show above.

It seems that you rarely see new tactics RPGs released these days (which is strange since it is a very fun genre) so this game sure to appeal to gamers who grew up playing titles such as Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre. Hartacon Tactics doesn't look like your run-of-the-mill XBLIG, either. Judging by the trailer, it looks a lot more like a full XBLA title. The best part? It is multiplayer.

To help fund the project or see more details about the game / what the money will be used for head over to www.indiegogo.com/hartacon-tactics. The campaign ends on April 11, 2013.
