A fundraiser and launch party for Ms. Fit magazine will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013. This event will be held at Women and Children First bookstore in Chicago, Illinois. The magazine is scheduled to officially launch on the day of the fundraiser.
The magazine's editors will be present at this event: Kathie Bergquist, Marcia Brenner, Searah Deysach, Marian Haas, and Jess Young. The fundraiser and celebration will include refreshments, entertainment, special presentations, and chances to win Ms. Fit merchandise.
Ms. Fit is a feminist fitness magazine with body-positive, LGBTQ-friendly, health-conscious content.
