Fun and fancy free: 5th Annual Character Carnival on March 9, 2013

The Hub (4999 McKinley Parkway) is the place to be on Saturday, March 9, 2013 beginning at 10 am. The day is sure to be a playful experience as the free character carnival is targeted to elementary school students and their families.

The youth program unmasks the fun side of education. While exploring games, crafts and activities, children will learn how to make wise and healthy decisions that will last a lifetime. Parents will delight in their kids’ youthful excitement and being able to spend quality time together.

The booths are designed to reflect a carnival theme and the day promises show-stopping performances from Dennis George, the Quizmaster, the final performance of Glenn Colton and InJest’s Nels Ross. For more information on the fun-filled event visit the Character Council’s website.

Something for children of all ages to remember the Council's March 2013 Character Virtue: Sincerity vs. Hypocrisy 'Sincerity is eagerness to do what is right with transparent motives.'
