Full Moon in Virgo February 2013

On Monday February 25 at 3:26PM Eastern Time a full moon will occur at 7 deg Virgo. This is usually a time of release and, being in Virgo (which is the sign relating to selfless service) there will be the tendency for people to want to express their feelings and emotions by helping others around them; however, there is the aspect of Virgo that feels unappreciated for all that it does. People will be susceptible to angry outbursts if they feel that they are not being appreciated or listened to. Also, this is a time when the normally chaste Virgo might let its hair down. There could be a hot time in the bars tonight.

With the financial difficulty in the City of Detroit and the impending emergency manager that will take over managing the city budget there is a question of what the present Mayor and City Council will do. There seems to be resignation that the city must accept the emergency manager even though this is a hard pill to swallow.
