A leaked map of Los Santos from Bradley Games' GTA V strategy guide was found on a Reddit thread today. Despite initial complaints of how small the map appeared, in actuality the map is massive. The leaked map is reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. You can see rural areas, scenic wilderness expanses, as well as small towns surrounding the city.
Rockstar didn't just create another video game here, they created full video games within the video game. It is no surprise that $266 million was spent to develop and market this game according to the Scotsman (a Scottish newspaper).
If you dive head first into the game as some die hard fans of the franchise, you'll find the underwater content and shooter mechanics are superior to previous installments. They have also reinvented their outlook on television shows within the game. The online aspect of Grand Theft Auto V could easily have been sold as a game all its own. This was truly an ambitious undertaking. No wonder it is the most expensive video game ever made.
Grand Theft Auto V will be available in 7 days. You can join millions anxiously awaiting the September 17, 2013 release date.
