Rumer Willis has had an odd time of becoming famous in her own right, at least in my humble opinion. It seems like she is somewhat going the Paris Hilton route of being famous for being famous and occasionally acting, which seems so strange to me. I mean, why did Bruce and Demi schlep their kids out to Idaho to grow up normal, only to have Rumer on every C-list red carpet?
Well, anyway, Rumer is in the public eye and therefor up for scrutiny, and I would say most of the time I don't get her style. She seems all over the place, still growing into herself, and these two looks demonstrate that well. In the first Rumer is a silly, fugly mess in this Zac Posen quandary. The color, of both her hair and dress, is completely off. And speaking of off, look at the skin tone difference between her arms and her legs. If you're gonna use tanner and wear a dress, hit your whole body sister.
Thankfully, Rumer made better choices in the second outfit out side David Letterman's. She wisely pulled the hair back, and picked much prettier dress with a less perilous color. And look at skin tone, much more even. Hopefully Rumer is figuring it out, so she isn't labelled with the dreaded Fug anymore.
