The location, at 340 Route 211 East, is a 6,600-square-foot, 170-seat venue that replaces a former Cheeseburger in Paradise, a sister brand to Fuddruckers. Both are operated by Luby's Inc. of Houston, TX.
The restaurant is an example of Fuddruckers' new interior scheme that maintains its signature roadhouse look, but with more modern appointments. It also features a full-service bar -- dedicated area with seating for 29 offering an extensive beer selection, as well as wine, cocktails and specialty drinks.
Peter Tropoli, COO of Luby's Inc., said in a prepared statement, "We are committed to Middletown and excited to introduce Fuddruckers' hot and juicy burgers to the community. We feel that the family-oriented dynamics of the area make the brand a perfect fit and see the restaurant becoming a popular gathering place for residents of all ages."
Fuddruckers' specializes in grilled-to-order burgers made from fresh USDA premium-cut beef. You can get a look at the chain's entire menu online.
