What do you get when you pair up two of the country's best chefs? You get an amazing dinner fit for royalty.

Chef and owner Matt McCallister of FT33 has invited some of the nation’s most heralded chefs into his kitchen to create some of the most spectacular collaborative menus for a limited series of guest chef dinners. The next dinner will be on Monday, March 17 with Chef Bryce Gilmore named Best New Chef in 2011 by Food & Wine— and his restaurant, Barley Swine in Austin Texas, was named Best New Restaurant by GQ magazine.

In case you are not familiar with Chef McCallister, he has plenty of kudos behind his belt, including being named People’s Best New Chef of the Southwest by Food & Wine in 2013. McCallister is best known for modernist interpretations of Southern cuisine and his restaurant has been honored Best Restaurant from numerous sources— ranging from Bon Appétite to D Magazine.

The guest chef dinner series takes place at FT33 on the third Monday of each month. Get in on the gourmet feast of a lifetime by reserving your spot as soon as possible.

COST: $110 per person for the eight-course menu
$50 per person for wine pairings
Reservations are required and seating is limited
