Frustration block

How often do you feel frustrated? It is not a pleasant feeling. When I looked up the definition of frustration on Google it offered this meaning, “The feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something.” I think we all know that feelings are healthy when we are able to process them, especially the bad ones but if we hold onto a feeling like frustration we block ourselves.

I believe frustration reflects a misalignment of spiritual and intellectual consciousness. Perhaps it teaches surrender, but in the moment or while we hold on to this unhealthy block, it is a change we’re not ready to embrace. Why? Because whatever hindrance that we’re upset about, is likely to be something that is out of our control. Has it already happened? Let it go! If it isn't happening soon enough, breathe to create your sacred space, you must let it happen in God’s time not your own. He knows much more than we do; he shapes the bigger picture! Let it go.

Dale Carnegie once said, “Our fatigue is often caused not by work, but by worry, frustration and resentment.” Perhaps it is time to let your mind be, relax, to enable your spirit to lead. This will help you release your frustrations and gift renewal. Give it a try.
