Fruit Pops
- 2 cups chopped fresh or defrosted frozen fruit
- 1 tbsp sugar, optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice or lime juice
Add to blender 1 cup of fruit, sugar and juice.
Blend until smooth.
Add remaining 1 cup of fruit and pulse until combined, leaving some lumps of fruit.
Pour into small paper cups or ice pop molds, add sticks if neccesary and freeze until set, 3 hours or overnight.
