Frozen Summer Fun has begun at Walt Disney World

The changes are evident the moment that you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Banners that proclaim "Frozen Fun" are in the parking lot and are also placed throughout the park. There are special features and attractions taking place throughout the day. Anna and Elsa's Royal Welcome is held daily, weather permitting, on Hollywood Boulevard. For the First Time in Forever: A "Frozen" Sing-Along Celebration is a 20 minute show that takes place several times a day. It is held in the Premiere Theater. In the evenings, the Coolest Summer Ever Dance Party is held at the Sorcerer Hat. The nights end with a special fireworks display called "Frozen" Fireworks Spectacular. These events are included in park admission.

Wandering Oaken's Frozen Funland is another area for the special event. There is snow to play in and, for a fee of $10, ice skating is available. Next door is Wandering Oaken's Trading Post. It features "Frozen" merchandise. "Frozen" inspired beverages are sold throughout the park, and there are also special Olaf Cupcakes.

For those who want a closer look at the fun, there is a premier package available. The Frozen Summer Fun Package includes reserved viewing for Anna and Elsa's Royal Welcome, special seating at one show in the Premier Theater, and a dessert party for the fireworks celebration. The cost of the premier package is $59 for adults and $34 for children. The price does not include theme park admission. Call (407) 939-1939 to make a reservation or for more information.
