Arlington Heights Frontier Days is holding its 35th annual festival from July 1-5, 2010. The festival in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois features food, music, entertainment and family friendly fun for the s festive summertime weekend. The long weekend festival includes family friendly activities including carnival rides, games, sports, music, entertainment and a parade. Dog Frisbee Catch & Fetch from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m., Stage West presents Battle of the Bands 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., Opening ceremonies on the Main Stage at 7:45 p.m, Motorola presents Starship on the Main Stage at 8:00 p.m., and Final Say on the Frontier Stage at 9:45 p.m.
Friday, July 2
Baggo Tournament at 5-7:30 p.m., Teen Band Night on Stage West at 6-7 p.m., Frontier Days Scholarship Presentations on the Main Stage at 7:45 p.m., Nightranger (80's music0 on the Main Stage at 8:00 p.m., Modern Day Romeos on the Frontier Stage at 9:15 p.m.
Saturday, July 3
Soccer Tournament (8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.), Carnival noon to midnight, pony rides noon – 4:00 p.m., Pocket Circus (magic, juggling & acrobatics) on Stage West at 12:30 p.m., Stage West presents Dr. Dutka – (Chicago's Brighton Beach Connection Band) at 5:30 p.m., Frontier Stage presents Funkymonks (Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band (5:45 p.m.).
Musical headliners of Saturday night include Dennis DeYoung (lead singer of STYX) on the Main Stage at 8:00 p.m. And ARRA on the Frontier Stage at 9:15 p.m.

On the Main Stage,The Chicago Gold Review is presented by the Daily Herald. Monday, July 5
The festival parade will step off on Monday, July 5 at 10:00 a.m. The parade steps off from Dunton & Oakton Street and travels south on Dunton to Miner and then east to Recreation Park.
Stage West presents the Arlington Heights Community Concert Band at 1-2 p.m., Stage West presents McDonald Dance Academy at 4:15 p.m., Frontier Stage presents Diving for Dynamite at 5:45 p.m., Stage West presents Solid Aire at 6:30 p.m., Main Stage presents American English at 8:00 p.m.
Frontier Days is open Thursday 5-11, Friday 5-12, Saturday noon to midnight, Sunday noon to midnight and Monday noon to 10:00 p.m.
Frontiner Days is in Arlington Heights, Ilinois, about 35 miles northwest from the City of Chicago.
