From Robots to Warlocks at Orlando Museum of Art on Thurs., Feb. 2

"From Robots to Warlocks: Sci-Fi and Fantasy Art in the 21st Century" is a comprehensive look at art inspired by the Science Fiction and Fantasy universes.  This scifi themed event will be held on Thursday, February 2 from 6-9pm at the Orlando Museum of Art.  Please Respect Our Decadence will play experimental electronica music while guests enjoy snacks from Creations Catering & Events and The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck.

Join Carolina the Doodler for face painting, Dog Powered Robot for a theatrical production, and watch Ferox perform Sci-Fi and Fantasy Cosplay Dance Performances. Video art will include "Power Animals" by Jason Martin and "Mirage" by Michael O'Donnell.

A Comic Shop, Area-O: Orlando's Sci-Fi Club, Florida Artists Registry and Red Chair Project and The Volunteer Vixens will be on hand to share their knowledge and present their take on the genre art.

Also available for purchase are Café treats, handcrafted beers from Shipyard and Seadog Brewing Co. and wine poured by Premier Beverage Co.
