Are you someone who thinks that social media analytics are bogus? You may even think social media marketing & networking is over-rated. Or you may be one of those people who still do not even know what social media marketing and networking is all about. Whatever group you fall into- WAKE UP!
Brian Chappell did a fantastic job gathering information, everthing from Badoo to Xanga and everywhere in between. Chappell graphed, charted & analyzed statistics of social networking sites. This is powerful information, if you are somone so fortunate to rely on technology for survival. I'm actually a bit jealous of our friends who are not so tied to technology in this world. Living off the "land" so-to-speak. In any case knowledge is power. Tapping into that this knowledge is more important now than 10 years ago-even 5 years ago.
We are on the rollercoaster of life and it is NOT slowing down. Keep up with technology my wonderful business owners. If you refuse...well- not saying you will go out of business immediately. But you will go out of business. Sorry. Was that a bit harsh.
I am still amazed when talking with prospective clients or business executives with the lack of knowledge with regards to social media marketing, networking & the importance of the analytics piece.
