From a trash bag to a miracle

Seminole County, FL:

Harper, the tiny paralyzed puppy's fate was to be thrown away in a trash bag by her owner. With the help of many wonderful people, she has now proven to be a miracle puppy. Harper is now on the road to recovery.

A citizen who observed a man selling puppies from a cardboard box, discovered Harper, the tiny puppy, hidden away in a trash bag. The citizen took possession of the puppy with permission and her miracle story begins.

With the dedication of Erica Daniel, Founder of Dolly's Foundation in Gainesville, FL, Harper has come a long way in her recovery.

Hip Dog Canine Hydrotherapy & Fitness in Winter Park, Florida donated free hydrotherapy and massage therapy for Harper.  Bev McCartt, a Hip Dog therapist, can attest to Harper's remarkable recovery.
