Frightened weak kneed U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton makes up the law

In her best valley girl importance, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton  makes up the law and ignores all the case law to supports SB 1070. When you read her ruling it reminds us of something an air headed valley girl would say.

It would go as follows.

“ OK. Like there is so much case law here and it is very confusing to me,” said Bolton.

“ Like I had so much reading to do but I was scared of what this all meant so I kind of made it all up even though I know precedent does not support me. Obama does not want me to offend anyone so I won’t. Like I feel really bad that Arizonans are getting killed and stuff, but I am getting bored with this job and I want another job like maybe a gig on the Supreme Court. After all that Kagan lady is not qualified and Obama got her in.  So Mr. Obama I have been a good girl and given you what you want. You owe me now,” said Bolton.

Basically, Bolton got intimidated and ignored all case law and she is now interviewing for a new job higher up in the food chain. Her non ruling signaled Obama that she wants a better position. Nothing more.

The fact is that the "temporary" aspect of this injunction is a trial balloon for the judge. She needs to see how bad this is going to get so she can have it both ways. It is after all temporary and she hasn't totally made up her mind. She has to see where the best opportunities are coming from. In this economy, Bolton has to make sure she has a job.

The only question is now are there going to be any democrats left in congress by November and when the Republicans are going to get in are they going to be even worse than the democrats. We can foresee McCain, Graham and Obama cutting an amnesty side deal in a flash.

This ruling was an act of aggression against the people of Arizona by the judiciary and Obama’s administration. It is now encouraging criminals to freely move amongst the population without fear of any interference from the police.

Radio commentator Mark Levin did an excellent job of breaking down this decision from the weak kneed valley girl.

This court’s decision is a typical example of a judge stating the correct legal standard, but then ignoring it and applying the test in a fashion completely divorced from the facts of the case in order to reach a predetermined decision.

Now I know you in this audience, I know you’re smart.  So, I went through the case, I’ve broken it down.  I’m only going to hit the fundamentals, but I’m going to try to do it in plain English.” More…

Obama and the Democrats are going to pay a very heavy price for their obvious determination to promote illegal alien entry through the southern border.

This Judge Bolton is just a gutless wonder and nothing more than a pawn for Obama. This kind of misbehavior should be punishable by law and she needs to be removed from her position. Shame on the political crap that goes on, instead of doing the right thing.

I'm sure that there must be some decent, fair, and somewhat reasonable people in the Southwest. Its just that the people who shout the loudest - such as the proponents of this short-sighted, racist and opprobrious legislation and writers such as this - drown out those voices. But it makes me glad to be on the East Coast and wonder if rather than segregate people who look or speak differently than the majority of that community, we cannot find some solution to carve out everything interior South and West of Chicago and drop it off somewhere to return to the mid-18th century where their mindset appears to be...
