1 ¾ cups canned salmon
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup cornmeal
¼ cup flour
3 tbsp. mayo
Drain the canned salmon and fluff with a fork. In a bowl, mix the ingredients together well. Shape into patties. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
It’s really that simple! Serve with your favorite burger dressings.
