When I was a little girl, I remember my dad making this for me for breakfast! As a child I thought it to be the coolest thing I had seen! This is easy to make and it looks neat as well.

Dad's Fried Egg In Toast

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 piece of white bread with part of the center removed

Heat oil in a pan.
Place your bread with the center removed into the hot pan.
Break egg into the hole in the center of the bread. You can break the yolk or leave it whole.
Cook until the bottom of your bread and egg are light brown.
Flip it over and cook the other side the same length of time.
