I love love love Barbara Walters and if you are into anti-aging like me, you can't miss her special report airing tomorrow - Friday, February 24th on ABC's 20/20 at 7pm PST.
Americans are being cut, stretched, tucked, smoothed, tapered, injected and filled to enhance their appearance in record numbers: almost 14 million cosmetic plastic surgeries were performed last year alone, creating a $10 billion a year industry. Anchored by Barbara Walters and including her interviews with top experts in the field, “The Cutting Edge” explores the most innovative procedures and the amazing new advances, some of which do not require surgery.
Learn about breast augmentation, fillers and lasers. Meet a pampered 23 year old from Newport Beach who got her "out-y" belly button surgically transformed into an "in-y" belly button...when she was TEN. And her sister who got breast implants at 18. Did I mention that procedure was done by their plastic surgeon FATHER? Yep, that's the O.C. in action big time. The show will even cover vaginal tightening surgery. And an 83 year old woman who, at 83, got breast implants.

You know Barbara. She is going to be asking the experts: “how old is too old?” and “how young is too young?” And the Queen of Plastic Surgery Joan Rivers is going to pipe in and give her take on her procedures - and even some she hasn't had.
