To come to the Dec. 19 "Holiday at the Hills," Dearborn seniors must bring the $18 ($20 for non-residents) check or money order to the Senior Services office in the Recreation Department, 15801 Michigan Ave. by Dec. 6. Reservations will be honored for groups of five or more (groups must provide all fees and names at time of sign-up).
“It's a nice lunch to celebrate Christmas,” said Virginia Blow in the senior services office. “And it will get you into the Christmas spirit by celebrating at Dearborn Hills with our senior citizens.”
Doors will open at 11:30 p.m. for the noon-3 p.m. luncheon. Seniors can enjoy a dinner of champagne chicken, whipped potatoes with gravy, house salad, Key West vegetables medley, warm rolls and assorted cakes. There will also be holiday entertainment and an open bar.
