Fresno prepares to celebrate Earth Day

Earth Day is the perfect opportunity to bring awareness, preservation, and appreciation to the Earth’s environment. Mark your calendar to attend a special Earth Day Celebration at Fresno's Mary Ella Brown Community Center on April 20.

Bring your family for a fun-filled active day, including:

  • Continental breakfast
  • Learning tips for successful gardening
  • Planting—variety of crops (broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, and many other spring crops!)
  • Tools, garden spaces, and plants will be provided
