Olive & Finch, 1552 E 17th Ave., is known for their delightful breakfasts, quick-grab lunches, and tasty sweet treats, but if you're looking for something a little stronger in the form of an afternoon pick-me-up, it's also the place to be!
Olive & Finch's fresh juice bar has turned up the heat this summer with fresh-pressed juice cocktails. The bar behind the counter is small, but stocked well for their cocktail menu.
Check out My Russian Granny. Cap Rock vodka is poured over the juice of fresh squeezed granny smith apples. A touch of fresh lemon juice adds an extra tart punch.
The Charles III is a refreshing mix of Hendrick's gin, St. Germain, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and lemon juice.
If you're looking for something a little stronger, James' Ginger is the one! Jameson is mixed with fresh pressed ginger and lemon juice, and then sweetened up with a drizzle of house infused thyme syrup.
The Heard it on the Grape Lime is a cheeky named twist on margarita-like drink. Red grapes are muddled with fresh squeezed lime, Herradura Blanco and St. Germain. The red grapes add a stunning pop of color while the St. Germain rounds out the pungent tequila.
Summer couldn't be summer without sweet watermelon making an appearance! Try the H20ooooooMelon which stirs together fresh squeezed watermelon and St. Germain and then is topped with a splash of sparkling wine. Nothing could be more refreshing on a hot summer day than a bit of watermelon combined with a light and fizzy sparkler!
And don't forget O&F's bakery and deli case serves lots of treats to be enjoyed with the fresh juice cocktails. The lemon bar is a knock-out pairing with the Charles III!
