Columbus will finally have a better variety of supermarkets when Fresh Market on Bradley Park Drive is opened this summer in the Target shopping center. According to the company's website, Fresh Market will have an open air market feel and will contain, among other things, an old-style butcher, seafood counter, bakery, and a European delicatessen.
For cooking enthusiasts, this means access to a wider array of ingredients that were previously difficult to procure in Columbus. Look for more articles once I've had a chance to poke around in the various departments.
If you would like to work for Fresh Market, a career open house will be held June 30th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Doubletree Hotel Columbus.
