These dog cookies are very simple to make and leave your dogs breath minty fresh.
1 cup white rice flour
1/8 cup finely chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup ice cold filtered water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, mint, cilantro and parley in a bowl. Add oil and mix so that it is well distributed throughout the mixture. Add the water a tablespoon at time. Knead lightly. Form the dough into heart shapes or small balls. Bake for 25 minutes.
These cookies are crispy and will stay fresh in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
