Las Vegas around springtime is both busy and rewarding. This year the Fremont Street Experience will play host to “Downtown Hoopstown”, a month-long event from March 1-31 to celebrate all the college basketball action in March. In addition to the basketball festivities, Fremont Street Experience will also celebrate NASCAR weekend with plenty of fast-paced fun with “RaceJam” 2013 from March 7-10. Additionally, “Paint Downtown Green” St. Patrick’s Day weekend with drink specials and free themed entertainment March 15-17 which culminates with the 5th Annual Fremont Street Experience St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl on Sunday, March 17.
“Downtown Hoopstown”
“Downtown Hoopstown” at Fremont Street Experience will feature free nightly entertainment from the Hardwood Hotties a high-energy sexy stage show by Face Productions performing nightly from 6-9 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage (Dark Mar. 7-10 and Mar.15-17). For just $1 a shot, guests can also test their skills and challenge their friends in basketball shoot-outs in the High Hoops Zone interactive area which features a 20, 25, and a 30-foot basketball hoop. Beginning March 17 after the announcement of the NCAA Tournament field, Fremont Street Experience will showcase the world’s largest NCAA bracket on the 1,500-foot long Viva Vision screen, which will be updated daily throughout the NCAA tournament through March 31.
“RaceJam” 2013
Celebrate NASCAR weekend in Las Vegas with “RaceJam” 2013 at Fremont Street Experience March 7-10. The weekend will feature drink specials, NASCAR merchandise booths and four days of rockin’ entertainment from Southern Stue, Bonfire, Fairchild, Sam Riddle, The Jay Bolan Band, Ryan Whyte Maloney Band with a special headliner performance from KIX on Saturday, March 9.
St. Patrick’s Day
Fremont Street Experience invites Las Vegas locals and tourists to “Paint Downtown Green” all weekend long with drink specials and free concerts from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17. Fremont Street Experience keep’s the Irish festivities going all weekend long with free nightly performances from Finnegan’s Wake, The Wild Celts, Darby O’Gill and the Little People, Tempest, Whiskey Galore and 1916. Additionally, the 5th Annual Fremont Street Experience St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl will take place on Sunday, March 17.
