If you’re new to yoga and want to explore different styles and teachers or maybe you've been doing yoga for a while but want to expand your horizons, here are some free opportunities. Take advantage of them and see what's happening in the Las Vegas yoga scene.

On Sunday, Aug. 25, Amber Copanas of The Grateful Yogi will be teaching Lululemon’s free Sunday morning class at their store in the Fashion Show Mall. Class begins at 9:30 a.m.

On Saturday, Aug. 31, 9:30–10:45 a.m., All About Yoga is offering a class at no cost. It is a level two beginner’s class that will explore the area between a beginning and intermediate yoga practice.

“You will be guided safely through new poses with focus on structure and alignment and learn how to link asanas or poses with breath in an exploration of vinyasa,” states the studio website.

Your first class is free at Summerlin Yoga so check out this studio that has taken the name Bikram down from its storefront and now offers a variety of hot yoga classes, including an amazing heated yin yoga that is perfect for any level.

Summerlin Yoga also offers a free outdoor yin class every Wednesday at the Wayne Bunker Park located at Tenaya Way and Alexander Road. Class begins at 6:30 p.m.
