Prajna Yoga and Healing Arts, “a cool new studio in Belmont," according to Rebecca Snowball, offers a wide array of body centered wellness practices, all complementary to yoga. Monday 7 November and Monday 5 December are great evenings to drop by for some “community, empowerment and wellness” as their slogan promises: Rebecca Snowball herself will be offering Anusara inspired yoga classes both of these evenings, as a gift and enticement to get more yoga in your life. Both classes are at 6:00 pm and Belmont is about half an hour away from this writer’s location in Silicon Valley; well worth the time for the dividends paid in peace and joy.
Ms. Snowball was featured in this column last September as an inspiring and inspired teacher. When asked about these two free classes, Ms. Snowball replied, “The free class is really my give back to Yiwen, the owner of [Prajna Yoga and Healing Arts].... I want her to feel supported and when students hear the class is free, they have an extra push to get going in yoga and they can invite their friends for free.”
Support, reasons to find your yoga mat and an activity you can share with your friends for no bucks. Three excellent reasons to be at Prajna in Belmont Monday evening!
