Recent testimonials for Delmastro:

"I cannot say enough about my experience with Lyn so far. Her expertise allowed her to quickly assess my needs and determine an effective course of therapy. In the month I’ve been working with her, I’ve been able to find more relaxation, awareness and less discomfort than I have in two years of chiropractic care and massage. I find the sessions to be effective and relaxing and always leave feeling better than when I arrived." - Scott B.

"Waking up every morning with pain, and dealing with it for the whole day for over a year is like hell. I missed my normal self, doing things I love to do, being active and when I started the yoga therapy I notice the pain level has reduced. With the yoga therapy, I have learned to listen to my body's signal. I am happy with how my range of motion improves and the progress I feel as I continuously do what Lyn taught me. I am glad I found you Lyn." - Ruby D.

"I highly recommend Lyn's class. I was in several accidents that left me with physical limitations. I have tried seriously everything, however this yoga therapy work is the only thing I've made much progress with. It is strange to see how such simple small things can change everything in the body." - Sheila M.
